Your Green Clean Institute Certified status must be upgraded or renewed each year.  This is a federal trademark and we do require you upgrade your education for renewed certification at your achieved level each year. 

Individuals may continue the certification by taking one or more of the "Extra Courses" found on this website.

Firm Certifications will complete and return a renewal form which will also enjoy continuing education and review support.

Once you have earned your new upgraded status, you will also receive a Green Janitorial Checklist, a self-assessment list for your Green Operation.  You will find this very helpful to guage your actually progress as a Green janitorial firm.  There are certain key points we'd like to see in each and every cleaning service.  We encourage you to verify these ideas in your business and add whatever else makes your organization/service or facilities more Green.

We hear every month about services improved and jobs won when the GCIC certificate was included in the bid package.  Do not minimize the value of your Green certified status.  Each year, it gets more valuable and more in demand.  Green is not a trend, it is becoming a business standard.

Basic Firm Certification is $250/yr  which includes all individual certifications in firm.

Gold Certification and Platinum Facility Certifications Renewals are negotiated in original contract.
